Since 2012, our country has recognized the fourth Tuesday of September as National Voter Registration Day (NVRD). Save the date this year for September 26th!
One of the greatest aspects of NVRD is not only how volunteers and organizations come together to raise awareness about voting in local communities, but how these efforts are multiplied across the entire nation to reach tens of thousands of voters who otherwise may not register to vote.
Each year, the Board of Elections partners with Cleveland Votes and many other organizations to conduct a series of voter registration events. As we prepare for NVRD this year, we invite you to join the movement and host an event or drive of your own!
