September 12 Primary Election: Vote Early

Did you know you don’t have to wait until Election Day to cast your vote? Voters have the option to vote by mail or in person at the Board of Elections. Early voting is ideal for anyone who has a busy schedule, will be out of town on Election Day, or for those who simply like to plan ahead.

Request Your Vote-by-Mail Ballot
Visit our website to request your vote-by-mail ballot. We must receive your application before noon on September 9. It is better to request your ballot as soon as possible to guarantee you have enough time to complete your ballot and return it by Election Day. Completed ballots must be postmarked by September 11, or delivered to the Board of Elections (not polling locations) on or before Election Day.

Vote Early in Person
If you prefer to vote early in person, come to the Board of Elections now through September 11. See below for early voting hours, or click here for the schedule. The Board of Elections is located at 2925 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Map
